At rom&nd, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
